  • How do I log into myPellissippi?

    Point your web browser to http://mypellissippi.pstcc.edu and use your current Pellissippi State username and password. This is the same one you use for WebMail or any on-campus computer.

  • When can I use myPellissippi?

    The myPellissippi site is in beta testing now while the integration with Banner is completed for faculty and staff accounts. We expect it to be functional for all Pellissippi state employees by the middle of the Spring 2007 semester.

  • What is inside myPellissippi?

    The myPellissippi site is a portal that will give you access to a variety of services and information. Some examples include:

    As the Banner project progresses, additional services and information will be available inside the portal like student information for advising, course registration, academic records and more.

  • What is this Group Studio that I keep hearing about?

    The myPellissippi portal contains a feature called Group Studio. Groups like departments, clubs, committees, divisions and others can have a shared online space with tools including a calendar, group announcements, web links, discussion board, image/file sharing and more. Eventually, student clubs will also use this for club webpages and information sharing.

  • Can I check my PSTCC email from inside the portal?

    Yes! After signing into the portal, use the Mail icon in the upper right to go right into WebMail without logging in again!

  • Does this work off-campus?

    Yes! You can use myPellissippi anytime and anywhere you have an internet connection.

  • How can I learn to use myPellissippi?

    The Help Me Get Started link on the log in page for the portal will take you to videos and handouts that explain how to use the portal. Once you are in the portal evironment, you will find that it is easy to use.

  • Why do I have to scroll left and right inside the portal?

    The portal is designed for a screen resolution of at least 1024 pixels wide. If you are using a resolution that is less than that, you will have to scroll left and right to see the entire portal. You can change your monitor resolution using the Display Control Panel (PC) or the Displays System Preference (Macintosh).

    If you need help changing your resolution, you can call the HelpDesk or follow these instructions from Microsoft or these instructions from Apple.

  • Do I need any special software or setup?
    No! Just a supported web browser. You do not need to use a supported browser to enter, but it is highly recommended.You also will want to turn off popup blocking for the site and add it as a trusted site if you are using Internet Explorer. Here's how to do that in Internet Explorer 6. Supported Browsers are listed below.
